The kitchen has a two burner range and a microwave/convection oven built in. There is also a spout for filtered water, with filters under the sink. This indicates that the apartment was set up for an owner and reflects the thought and quality of the remodel. The bathroom has delightful yellow tile with a wavy texture, and new everything. I'm looking for someone who will take very good care of the apartment, use pads on the feet and back of their furniture and treat it as their own. This is an exceptionally stylish apartment, done to an usually high standard, and the right person is going to be more than happy to pay a bit more than the typical painted over a thousand times, lumpy, bumpy New York rental.
