One parking spot is available in the driveway. Some storage available in the garage. A minimum of a 6 month lease is required, but a longer lease can be discussed. All I ask is to be respectful of the house and the animals, I have three cats and two dogs. They're well behaved but still animals and do require a level of mindfulness when it comes to things left around the house. But it's a happy, clean and settled household.
