A large dining table, plus several tables on the large veranda outside, including a BBQ grill and large yard. Parking for up to 8 cars. Perfect for a large family or work crews in the area. This is a bunkhouse suitable for a large family of 8 or less or a company crew working in the area. There are 11 mattresses that sleep 16. Rents up to 6 months only. All furnishings, linens, towels, dishes, even a BBQ grill outside are available, plus utilities with an energy cap of $350.00 per month. We will launder bed linens and towels once a week, but personal items must go to the convenient laundermat in town who also does a washing to fold service by the pound.
