This home is very basic as it exhibits much of the original home still in place particularly the wood flooring....No carpet in this house. The outside kitchen was attached to the home in approximately 1954. This home has 10' ceilings and large windows and doors and one can see the pegs in the original wood siding. Tin top on main house and shingles on addition. HVAC serves only the downstairs. None upstairs. Some TLC needed but appears to be structurally sound.
