Linda Vista is a mixed community bordering Clairemont, near USD, and Mesa College. There are many wonderful Asian restaurants, and businesses, and a large grocery store nearby. It's also, just a 10 - 20 minute drive to key locations including Mission Valley, Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, Mission Bay, and the San Diego Airport. One of our roommates is moving out, so we're looking for a like-minded person to join our home from May 1st. We enjoy a healthy balance of personal space, with the occasional BBQ or dinner together. About Us: We are all students and working professionals easygoing, respectful, tidy, and grounded in kindness and good values. We appreciate a clean, calm living space and are seeking someone who shares the same lifestyle. We try to keep noise to a minimum with reasonable quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM Monday through Friday during the work week, this includes cooking past 10 PM. Hopefully, this is not an issue.
