The house is split up into two apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each floor is 1600 square feet and each floor has its own entrance, laundry, living room, and kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, the downstairs just has a lot more storage. The bedrooms in the downstairs apartment are 11.5 x 10 feet and 13.5 x 12 feet and both have walk in closets. Tenant is required to pay 40% of the utilities, (about $100 a month). I've never raised rent on any tenant, and will guarantee your rate for at least two years. Lastly, I'll offer you a big discount if you have the money to prepay your rent, 1% off per month you prepay for. For example, if you prepaid for 5 months for a $2000 apartment, I'd give you 5% off that total amount, knocking your $2000 rent down to $1900 per month.
