This place is close to route 1 and it has a very open floor plan and very spacious. bedroom is small ,but porch is large. OPEN HOUSE THIS SATURDAY FEBRUARY 1st 2020. time is from 1O-11:30 am. COME AND CHECK IT OUT Owner pays trash, sewer, electric (up to $250.00) and use of one verizon tv box .. There is no internet. Owner also pays water Bill (up to $40.00 ). washer and dryer is available to use but if it beaks or quits working it is up to renter to repair or replace, I prefer one person to rent apartment since there is limited parking due to barbershop and beauty shop on premises. No Pets.
