It is close to the rivers and silver spring state park, we also have a walmart and a windixi close to the house. It is a calm area to live in the neighbors are good people. we recently fixed the bathroom and added new flooring to it. I will take first month rent and a security deposit for any damages made to the property after the lease agreement is terminated, if no damages were made we will refund the security deposit 800. If something needs fixing the tenant may call us and let us know. SO we can get someone out there.
