Windsor Oaks is a very pet friendly environment for bath dogs and cats. All sizes are welcome. This is the standard sized 2 bedroom unit on the first floor in a courtyard directly behind Alexander Graham Bell Elementary School and up the block from a NYC playground. The Kitchen and bathroom fixtures are in great shape but the unit needs some TLD to walls throughout. Additionally the electric is not updated.
