It is a one bedroom/one bathroom. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. We are asking for $1450 per month rent. Rent includes everything except electricity, cable, and internet. There is a window unit air conditioner located in the bedroom, which is generally only used in the summer. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen and the unit is unfurnished. The unit is protected from the sun most of the day so stays pretty cool with nice breezes during the day. It is located on the ground floor and overlooks the condominium pool. The unit includes one dedicated parking space. There is street parking located nearby for second vehicles. We are seeking a 1 year lease. Pets will be considered and a pet rent applied.
