this first floor unit is away from the street, nice and quiet..great location, right in the middle of the kona village, the kona islander inn offers a large swimming pool, hot tub, 2 bbq areas, onsite property management, security, laundry area.very convenient to everything . monthly mntc fees include basic cable tv, electricity, water, sewer and garbage ...currently used as a vacation rental and is in decent shape, could use some upgrading.
