You can enjoy breakfast out on the private lanai with Pool and lush garden views. Very Lovely and Peaceful condo. On sight management available to offer you any help you might need during your stay. You are only steps away from the beach, loads of restaurants shopping and SPECTACULAR sunsets! Public transportation is close by to take you on all your adventures, and the airport is only 15 minutes away. Enjoy Wi-Fi and AC in the room. There is a small but efficient kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals. Although there is no stove in the condo, there are 2 large BBQ available by the pool area. We have toaster, coffee maker, Microwave all with dishes and utensils. You will LOVE the Nice Pool, BBQ's and Large Hot Tub! We have 5 properties in the rental pool. Tenants pay for GE and TA (if rented less than 30 days) tax, cleaning ($175 short term $275 long term tenants. Plus Deposit $2000 for long term. No deposit less than 30 days.
