Very well built in the mid-1960's with a full basement with tremendous storage space. Upstairs "Bonus Room" in the Attic that is also air-conditioned. 0.2 miles to the North Chatham Post Office, 1 mile from the water (Pleasant Bay), 1 mile from The Chatham Bars Inn, and 1.5 miles from Main Street in Downtown Chatham (the Old Village). This house has been source of great joy to our family for nearly a Quarter Century now.
