The building features a 24hr doorman for safety and security, gym, pool, hot tub, BBQ area, washer/dryer in unit, commercial grade washer/dryer in basement, elevators, HVAC in unit, and 1 parking space (less than 5000 lb cars only) Pros: Newly remodeled kitchen, bath, fresh paint less all than 2 years ago New Daiken HVAC (extremely energy efficient) Great location for PATH (15 min walk), NYC, India Square, White Castle Cons: The unit is about 20ft from the highway. The noise level is acceptable when windows are closed, but can be loud with windows. Of course, this is subjective, and you are more than welcome to see/hear for yourself. The car elevator in the building can break a few times per month. I use a car for work and park on the street due to car elevator reliability issues. Lease term is flexible, but 1yr is ideal. Renter pays for electric and responsible for cable/internet if needed
