The house is quite big, it has a nice kitchen, a laundry room with both washing machine and dryer, a living room and a dining room, a cupboard, one bathroom and two bedrooms. The street is one way and very quiet, and the house has a little garden in the back. Rent $1200 month, first and last months only, no other deposit or broker fees. Expenses average around $150 per month or less taking into account heating, wifi and all. Close to Harvard, ~20min to Harvard Square, ~15min to Harvard Business School (by foot, less with bus or bike). Several supermarkets close, 5min by Star Market, 10min to a Trader Joe's (by foot). Transportation: Bus lines 86, 70 and Blue Bikes station at 1min by foot. Current tenant (me): 27 and working in a nearby university. Sorry the images are quite bad, I took screenshots from a video.
