This is a three bedroom 1 bath home - tenant is responsible for utilities and maintenance of the yard. Do NOT use the Zillow application we have one of our own. The tenant is responsible for mowing the grass and up keep of the yard. Home will be ready for move in on or before 9.1.25 12 month lease is required.
