Our Opinion: This beautiful, three-story Victorian-style home in the Aves with an expansive floor plan. It definitely over delivers; there s more here than you might expect with your typical Victorian. This home has original, leaded glass on the front and back windows, which means prisms throughout the house at sunrise and sunset [did you expect that. Original woodwork, window seats, and gorgeous staircase, as well as built-in book shelves. If you re looking to entertain, this home is a fantastic one, both inside and out. The custom kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional. Skylights in the master so you can see that stars. New backyard, brick patio. Doesn t hurt that said yard is a large one, or that summer back there brings a nice, shady spot over the grass and patios [mature trees...they're everywhere. Two-car garage, beautiful landscaping, and a productive veggie garden are icing on the cake. Location is tops, too; easy access to University, museums, Red Butte, and downtown area. Oh, and plenty of walkable restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream shops. We ll stop at ice cream shops .
