Our beautiful Avondale plan is a great starter home or it's perfect for someone looking to downsize. Even though it's our smallest floorplan that we build, the open floor plan with the volume ceiling gives it a larger feel. The kitchen features an oversized island, black appliances including refrigerator and microwave, ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, under-mount kitchen sink and maple cabinets that are stained espresso. From the kitchen, we've continued with the 18 x 18 inch ceramic tile floors to the great room, dining area, laundry room, both baths, hallways and foyer. The master bedroom has a separate tiled shower and an oversized garden tub with the tile surround for those relaxing bubble baths.
