Aspens cover the property and there are a few mature pines. There is a slight rise on the west side (nice building location) backing to mature pine trees with a nice view toward the south. Community dirt roads seem to be well maintained and were in excellent condition. There are some neighbors that live here full time, so access must be available all winter. I found the NE and SW surveyor pins, but was unable to locate the other corners due to the snow. While driving down Rawhide, I laid an aspen tree on the west across the ditch to help identify the start of the property (highlighting the NE pin and blue tape). A cairns on the Southwest corner near the cul-de-sac that may mark the corner of the property, but due to the snow I could not find a pin in that area to confirm this. There is a new large house on the western side of the property, and electricity goes to it from the southwest. Buried telephone lines run along Warrior Cir. Feel free to walk the property at your own risk.
