It is a 20 min walk to the French Broad Chocolate Lounge, a 15 min walk to UNCA campus, a 10 minute walk to Trader Joes Whole Foods Harris Teeter, a 5min walk to Weaver Park that has a track, playground, BBQ's and pavilion.
