This three bedroom/2.5 bathroom located in a quiet Fairfax neighborhood and is currently occupied by college-age male on the top floor. The middle level serves as shared common space with a kitchen, living room, and half bath with laundry. Available is the lower floor that includes two private bedrooms, full bathroom with an additional entrance. Parking, deck and very convenient location.. Rental Application Lower Level Bedrooms This rental offers two bedrooms located on the bottom floor. The prospective tenant may choose: Option 1: One bedroom at $1,350 per month plus utilities. Option 2: Both bedrooms at $2,500 per month plus utilities. Utilities are shared based on the number of occupants, with a maximum occupancy of three for the unit (one space is already taken). If you choose the single-bedroom option, we will continue seeking another tenant to fill the second bedroom. Lease Terms: One-year lease minimum. Pets negotiable (subject to separate pet lease). Security deposit equal to 1.5 months' rent. This deposit is not applied toward last month's rent and is intended to cover damages beyond normal wear and tear. The current tenant is a male college student in his early 20s who works part-time. Please consider this for compatibility when applying. Additional Requirements: Non-smoking unit.
