This is our little trailer home; my wife and I bought it back in October 2021 and have lived in it for the past 2 years. It is in an awesome location only 1.1 miles from BYUI campus. It is in great condition and was fully remodeled back in 2018, before we purchased it. We were told that it was torn down to the studs and completely reinsulated, the roof was recoated, and the heater was replaced. They also installed a new gas range, washing machines/dryer, and redid the entire bathroom. This trailer is in Skyline Trailer Court. It is a great trailer court, full of young couples. The owners of the trailer court own almost all the trailers and they keep the court very clean; (due to this there is a no dogs rule) lot rent is cheap $325 a month, that includes the water and trash.
