This room looks out directly to the backyard patio (20x20 red concrete slab) and into the backyard. It is a great space! Neighborhood Description A very nice neighborhood. Our house faces due West and the street, Bantam Way, is the last "City" street, so across the street all the property is "County", which means minimum 1-acre lots; farms, pastures, etc. So there is very much a "living in the country" feel to our home location. Also, there are no houses directly in-front of our home, just open space. So your sunsets are not blocked by any houses and you can see all the way to the Two Rock hills. There are many families of all types living around/near the area. Petaluma is very much a "family" town and the West Side really has a strong culture this way. From the house, we are less than a 20 minute walk to the old downtown Theater District.
