I'm looking for someone, specifically a student, to take over my lease. I am reletting it. The lease starts from September 2020 to the end of August 2021. Capri Eugene Apartments (located about a 5-minute walk from the Knight Library). It's a studio floor plan located on the second floor. Bedrooms are fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, chair, and you get your own dining table and TV and you get your own personal wifi and it's a gated community. I have not moved into this apartment at all yet. Please contact me if you're looking and if you have any questions. The rent is $994 per month with an electricity fee of about $40 which pays for heating and power. If you need parking there is a space you can take and parking is an additional $60 a month.
