I am looking to sublease my apartment in mid August, or sooner, if I can find a new residence closer to where my daughter will be going to school next fall. The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly remodeled apartment building along with remodeled units and hard wood floors. Just out back there is a park for children to enjoy and path to play on within feet of the unit's patio. The unit is a one bedroom with a den. I have converted the den into my daughter's bedroom and it works perfectly for us. The master bedroom has a walk in closet along with a second closet for clothes or additional storage. There are wall air conditioning units installed in the living room (brand new) and master bedroom that cool down the place within minutes when needed. All utilities are included except electricity and cable/internet. If you have small dogs or cats there is a monthly pet fee along with a one time deposit required. This building quickly filled up as I was the 8th tenant when I moved in back in November. There aren't many units left as they're quite nice with the location being very desirable just off 90/Roselle Road. In order to sublease you will have to pay $50 to Enclave Management to have your background and credit check ran. Once if comes back approved my name can be removed from the lease and yours will be added when we select my move out date and your move in. I keep the apartment spotless and would allow you to view it with an appointment scheduled with me or the management company. I will offer to reimburse your $50 application fee and give you $100 towards your first month's rent once the paperwork is completed as a thank you! Must pay $50 for a backgroud/credit check to process application with Enclave Management. Once approved that will determine amount needed for security deposit along with paying the first month's rent. I will be removed from the lease and we can select move out/in dates.
