Great houses of the Queen City Historic Morrison House designed by Cincinnati's master architect Samuel Hannaford (Music Hall) for William Procter's daughter as a wedding present. Impressively preserved, this home is unlike anything else. When Thomas Morrison, a successful pork-packer, married Olivia Elizabeth Procter, her parents, William and Olivia Norris Procter, had this house built for them as a wedding present in 1870-72. The Morrison's "honeymoon house" was designed by Samuel Hannaford...and the beautifully drawn final floor-plans, color-coded by material, remain in the dwelling.
