Perfect location in downtown. Walking distance to everything and closer to the bay than east village. A lot less traffic and more quiet than east village. Restaurants, sights, entertainment, gyms, anything you need to live well is surrounding the unit. I love this unit! I have lived here for the last 3 years. I will be your neighbor down the hall in a separate unit. You will be subleasing from me. This is the best area in downtown! I will be removing all of my things. I can leave a bed, small couch, flat screen tv, small table with chairs as an option. Great neighbors and building to call home.
