The Homeowners Association is awesome! They enforce the covenants and they keep the park system (huge plus) in excellent condition. They also have the best fireworks for 4th of July and their neighborhood newsletter is informational and keeps you connected with everything going on in the area. The overall feeling of the neighborhood is warm and inviting and makes you feel like you are NOT in the middle of the city! The park system cannot be matched in the entire northern Texas area and is a huge plus for anyone who wants to enjoy the outdoors.
