Next door is campground access (with entry fee) with a swimming pool, beach, putt-putt, basketball, and boat launch. Please park by the storage garage (not in the front circle) due to risk of falling tree limbs. There is a tree hazard to the right of the dock, so no diving or driving boats/jet skis near it. A boat and jet skis at the dock remain in place, so please do not touch or use them. To help manage power usage, avoid running the washer/dryer between 36 PM. No fireworks are allowed. There are exterior security cameras at the driveway, front door, and dock. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am, and guests must keep noise to a minimum. Pets are not allowed at the property.
