I have a 2 bed/1.5 bath townhouse rental. It is located off of 240 and May, and is close to everything! Really close to OCCC, Amazon, Community Hospital. It is $850 per month with a $850 security deposit. It is 2 story; bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bath. The half bath and laundry room is located downstairs. The master bedroom is large with a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom is small and could be a nursery/toddler room or an office. There is no carpet in this house. It is all tile. There are 2 parking spots and you are responsible for Water (which includes sewer and trash) and Electric. Requirements: The application fee is $40 per adult to do a background check. - I check for criminal activity and prior evictions. Credit is not checked (some credit items do appear on your background check so if you do not pay your bills I can tell without a credit check). -You do need to prove that you afford the rent (at least 2.5-3 times the rent per month) and have good job history (at least 6 plus months, the more the better). - I will not cram a bunch of people in the house, its only 800 sq feet. -Only SMALL pets (like a cat or small dog) are allowed on a CASE per CASE basis and a monthly pet rent per pet will be charged. There is hardly any yard and no back yard, so you must be willing to pick up after your small dog and keep it on a leash at all times if approved. Please call, text, or email.
