I have a 2 bed/1.5 bath townhouse rental. It is located off of 240 and May, and is close to everything! Really close to OCCC and Amazon It is $795 per month with a $795 security deposit. It is 2 story; bedrooms are located upstairs along with the full bath. The half bath and laundry room is located downstairs. The master bedroom is large with a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom is small and could be a nursery/toddler room or an office. There is no carpet in this house for you allergy sufferers, its all tile. There are 2 parking spots and you are responsible for Water (which includes sewer and trash) and Electric. The application fee is $40 per adult to do a background check. I check for criminal activity and prior evictions. Credit is not checked, but you do need to prove that you afford the rent and have good job history. There are credit issues that show up on your background check so that also gives me an idea of what's going on. Please text, or email if you have questions. The house is move in ready Only SMALL pets are allowed on a case per case basis and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet will be charged. There is not much yard so you must be willing to pick up after your dog and keep it on a leash at all times. Dogs are really discouraged b/c of the lack of yard. But I do make exceptions. Tenant is responsible for Electric and water (which includes sewer and trash)
