Our cozy one-bedroom guest suite is in a prime location. Centrally located to the 101 FWY and 405 FWY. We have a couple of markets less than 5 minutes away. If you are in the mood for dining out, we have many small business restaurants within walking distance. Our guest suite has all the necessities you need, it has a cozy living room with a smart tv with all the essential apps (Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, Disney Plus, & Peacock). The dining area is next to there with a nice small kitchen that has your stove and refrigerator. In the bedroom, you have a very spacious room with a queen size bed and a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a nice shower with a tub. We live in the prime residence located in the front. The guest suite has a private entrance and we have parking around the house. We have two dogs that are very friendly that do roam around the backyard. All utilities are included. We do not allow smoking or pets on our premises. You will have your own parking spot and there is also street parking. As of your lease, only the guest informed of your lease is allowed to stay long-term.
