This is an oasis within Orlando area. Relaxing/very quiet environment with beautiful furnishings and decorations. Its expertly cleaned and well kept. It's a gated community with 24hr security that drive around frequently making you feel very safe. You will have access to multiple pools in the resort (but not the water part or golf courses). There is a community pool right behind our condo which is very convienent. A dog part is a 5 min walk away. it close to the freeway and to lots of restaurants and shopping. The gorgeous neighborhood is great for walking or joggin. Luxurious feel with acres of beautiful magnolia, palms and oak trees with southern style spanish moss. You will want to stay here. All utilities are included in the rent, the landlord pays everything else. The lease is 1 month or longer. There is a $750 pet deposit, and only 1-2 pets allowed. No smoking allowed. There is a detached garage that we have made into a game room. To be able to park in there it would only fit a small car and houses the garbage and recycling bins. There is room to park 2 cars in the driveway in front of the garage.
