What do you love about this place? This place has a washer and dryer in the apartment, a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, large balcony, on the top floor and there is a fireplace!! Perfect for the weather coming up. Secure front door and a storage room downstairs. Gas stove, separate dining room, open layout. What isn't so great about this place? Limited street parking for guests, walk to wall carpet except in the kitchen, no ceiling fans or ceiling lights, limited counter space. Occupant pays for rent, eletric and utilities
