    Home completely redone in September 2012. Home was repainted inside and out. Kitchen was upgraded with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and new cabinets. Canned lighting throughout the home with dimmers. All new plugs, switches and dimmers put in through the home. All new vinyl dual pane windows and sliding glass doors with low e glass shatter proof glass throughout the home (Milgard). New fireplace put in with heart scape. Kauai distressed laminate flooring in kitchen and dinning area as well as family room. New carpet was put in with heavy duty half inch padding in all of the bedrooms with new 2 1/2 inch baseboards. All bathrooms were redone with new vanities and tile flooring. Master bath has a Jack and Jill vanity. New toilets were put in in every bathroom as well as every shower was re glazed. Each shower has new glass with a brushed nickel finish. All new hardware was installed in the showers and vanities. All new internal doors with new hardware. Installed new air conditioner and furnace. Fire pit was put in outside off the master bedroom.
