We are renting one of the bedrooms in the house. House is a very nice house in a very quiet neighborhood. House has 5 bedrooms with 2 full bathroom and a half bathroom. Currently, the only person living in the house is our 43-year old son who is a software engineer. Rent includes all utilities including internet and cable TV. We have a cleaning lady coming twice a month. House is close to public transportation and it is about 4 miles from the University of Washington. Owner pays all utilities, including internet and cable TV. We also have a cleaning lady coming twice a month.
