Wonderful neighbors, good mix of young & grown kids along with some retired couples. Garden Club, neighborhood block parties. Very safe and secure, lots of trees, everyone keeps their homes and yards in good order. Bus stop for elementary and middle school is at our driveway. Woodhaven Pool within walking distance, very close to Southview Hospital, Dayton Mall, restaurants and services including Washington Township Rec Center, movie theaters, etc.
