The bathroom is private, with a shower, toilet, sink and mirror. The large room is private, as well, with built in shelving along one wall. A microwave, mini-fridge, table, chairs and television are all included, or you could bring your own.Wi-fi internet, cable television, and phone service are all available. You pay the monthly bill if you want access. You also pay 1/3 of utilities each month, such as gas, electric, and water.Rent for this sub-lease is $850 a month. Discounts for people working for non-profits or in public service-- we want to appreciate the good work you do. Our current renter is moving out to care for sick family members.
