After the initial lease term, the agreement will automatically convert to a month-to-month tenancy unless either party provides a written notice of 30 days to terminate the lease. All terms and conditions of this lease shall remain in effect during the month-to-month period unless modified by a written agreement signed by both Landlord and Tenant. Rent & Payment Terms Tenant agrees to pay first month's rent and last month's rent at lease signing, along with any required security deposit.
