Other qualifications are required to be met before a lease is signed. Pet Policy - $200 nonrefundable deposit plus $25/month more for a cat and $50/month more for a small dog. Large dogs and certain breeds are not allowed. Tenant responsible for all utilities and yard upkeep. Owner is a licensed real estate broker. Measurements of the house are not warranted. Includes all appliances that are existing except washer and dryer (W/D connections are inside the house). Total Verifiable income for all adults combined must be 3 times the monthly rental amount. Deposit is equal to the first months' rent. We do not market on Facebook or Craigslist thus those listings are a scam if you see them. We will never ask you to wire money or pay with gift cards. We do not charge an application fee or accept a deposit prior to touring with a prospect. There is fee to complete the credit/background check on Zillow, and that is a nonrefundable payment made to Zillow by the prospective tenant.
