Enter your front door to a living room with bamboo floors and tons of light. A windowed bench/reading nook is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and read or just relax next to the fireplace. Open to the living room is a fully-stocked beachy blue kitchen with high-end appliances and lots of cabinet space. Enjoy family meals at your eat-in kitchen table, or dine outside with the soothing sound of waterfalls and the glow of the fire pit. Your first-floor master bedroom is large, featuring a kind size bed and walk-in closet. French doors open from this bedroom to the yard; a second set of screen doors lets you leave them open to enjoy the fresh air inside. The master bathroom feels luxurious, with slate tiles, a custom vanity, and an oversized shower with dual shower heads. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms and an adorable full bathroom with great light and Spanish tile accents. The first upstairs bedroom is an ideal kids' room, with bright colors, white wooden bunk beds (full bed on the bottom, twin on top), and a hidden "fairy cave" (a converted dormer) complete with twinkle lights, shag rug, and other fun details. The second upstairs bedroom has a comfy bed, cedar closets, and a built-in desk and bookshelves. There's a bonus half bath on the back side of the house, as well as a laundry room with stacked W/D, and a convenient laundry chute from the master bedroom closet. Kids can enjoy a custom-built playhouse outside, and the house is stocked with toys for both kids and adults. If you need surf or paddle boards to enjoy during your stay, just let us know. We can provide them. Walk to the beach, and enjoy all that Coronado Village has to offer. Walk or bike to Orange Avenue shops and restaurants, Sunday Concerts in the Park, and the famous Hotel Del Coronado. Short 5-10 minute drive into downtown San Diego (or take the ferry across the bay!). Available June - August, fully furnished. Dog(s) ok :) . Rates vary by month. June: $11,500 July: $13,500 August: $11,500 September: $10,000 (26 night minimum stay per Coronado law.) Owner pays utilities. Renter pays $125 cleaning fee.
