There is a new bathtub, new clothes washer, and dishwasher. There is a deck in the back, and it has two raised garden beds. I live close by. The house is very close to KVCC, and right off of highway I-94. The house has a nice basement with plenty of storage, and there is shelving already in place. No pets allowed. Tennant is required to pay electric and gas. No pets are allowed, and no smoking allowed. I will cover plowing, and mowing, and the trash pickup. Everything else is covered by you.
