This unique apartment is an upstairs, end unit and has only one common wall with neighbor. It is our largest 2 bedroom, and we just put in new flooring throughout the apartment, so everything is fresh and clean. It has one bath with a tub/shower combination. The unit has lots of storage space, including full kitchen cabinets, a linen closet in the hall and bedroom closets, one of which is a walk in closet. Amazing for an apartment! It has central heating and air conditioning and a full size refrigerator. The small complex consists of 12 units that are in 3 sets of 4 plexes, with long time residents. It is centrally located in Atascadero. The atmosphere is peaceful and this apartment overlooks overlooks a large lawn with mature trees. There is a laundry room on site also. The rent is $1600 a month and the security deposit is $2000. There is also a 3 sided carport/garage with a storage cabinet available that rents for $25 a month. Sorry but there are no pets of any kind allowed. There is off street tenant parking and visitor parking and carports that are assigned. No smoking in the apartment please. It is a safe area and there has been no theft or noise complaints.
