This unique apartment is an end unit with no apartment above it, so it is very quiet. (As is the complex of 12 units with long time tenants.) It is set back off the road amongst mature trees and lawns and we get deer grazing through. There is also an optional three sided carport if you choose. The apartment is very clean, and has central heating and air conditioning. There is lots of storage space, including kitchen cabinets, a full length closet in the hall and one in the bedroom, and a walk in closet in the other bedroom. The bedrooms and living room are spacious as well. The kitchen has a good sized refrigerator, tile counter tops and a gas stove and oven. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. I apologize for not including photos in this add, I am not "techie" and don't know how. The small complex is centrally located with easy access to shopping and the freeway. There is a laundry room on site and we pay water and garbage. The rent of $1450 is due by the first of each month and the security deposit is $1950. Sorry, there are no pets allowed except certified service animals. If you are interested, **please respond with occupants, incomes, and credit scores. We don't allow satellite. We pay for water and garbage service, you would be responsible for gas, and electric (and cable if you want it.) There is a small on site laundry room and a 'tenant only' parking lot that is on the property along with 4 spaces for guests. (on street parking is also available but it has never been needed)
