    What's special

    This ranch-style home was the original "model" when the Fircrest Manor division was built 1965. All the neighbors are awesome. Mostly older owners with few renters in the neighborhood. Quiet, few children. The view from our corner is very nice. Across the street to the west is private property and open land outside the city limits. Because the home is smaller, we added outdoor living space in the front yard to take advantage of the southern exposure. All new windows throughout and new french doors that lead to the back deck, which now spans the back of the house. Bathrooms have both been remodeled. Guest bath has a soaking tub and the master bath has a rain shower. The garage has a new door, great shelving and completely insulated. The roof was replaced in 2005 and we upgraded the hot water heater and circuit breaker panel. New Kitchen Remodel 2021 with Thomasville cabinets, quartzite counters and new vinyl flooring in kitchen, living room and hall. There is a large 10x12 work-shed in the back yard.
