It's a fun house, fully remodeled with a great Kitchen, large Living & Dining, Office, big Bedroom, closet and Bathroom. You would have the run of the entire main house (I'd be using the upstairs second bedroom, not pictured). I'm the Owner, by the way, but I live in Sausalito & Calistoga, so this is a third home for me. But for the few times you'll see me, I'm a super easy, mature (i.e. older) guy, and I travel a LOT as well. Located just two blocks over from Alamo Square, so a nice central location. Monthly rent plus fixed Utility Fee to help with those costs. Garage Parking available for rent. Any Term is fine, as long as start date is sooner than later. No Pets.
