For longer stays, guests may opt for a refundable $2,000 damage deposit instead. Identity verification is required by our insurance carrier and is completed by the insurance company. A maximum of two pets are welcome on a case by case basis and will be approved after a photo is submitted along with breed, weight, temperament, and vaccination records. A lease addendum for pets is required. The pet fee is $250 for up to two pets for the first 30 days. After 30 days, the fee is $100 per month for the first pet and $50 per month for the second pet.
