This pleasant parcel is a vintage family property of 40 plus years LOT 16. It was intended to be a site for a retirement home which never came to pass. Once upon a time it was a producing hayfield in a pastoral setting along the pisquatorial Saco river. It lays along a section of the river that is deep with good flow and inhabited by trout and bass and other species. Upriver, not a very far paddle is Steep Falls and the bridge by the same name. This section is a favorite of kayakers. There are a sufficient number of very large havestable old pine trees that would make excellent wide pine flooring, a relic of the past. Some of these I estimate at 36" diameter. The setting would also be an ideal equestrian property. At one point in time a purveyor of lavender wished to farm it for that produce. Other farms in the region also plant corn. It is 28 miles to Portland as measured by google maps, a commutable distance. If you are a pilot , the municapl airport is about a mile away. If powerboating is your hobby , Sebago Lake is only minutes away. My current location now that I am in urban Florida has good phone signal, and u can call, text or please EM;americanum@gmail.com N.B.
