No Pets and No Smoking. I am renting each room for $800. Utilities will be whatever the bills are and we share. There is a washer and dryer in unit also. I have also furnished it with brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. I can do a month to month lease but would need one month notice so I can make arrangements when you leave. I would like a criminal background check. The house is a brand new construction. It is a single family home in a brand new development. A very nice neighborhood. There is a trail right next to it for bike, walking and running. It is less than 3 miles from Hill Air Force Base. And less than a mile from the I-15. I am a working professional.
