Complete Back Yard w/Outside funiture, large storage shed (no door yet), back porch, (not covered yet), watering hose. Front yard (no grass) small porch (covered) Lawn Chairs, watering hose. Completely Private Bedroom(s) and Bath w/shower & bathtub. You may re-paint, and/or re-decorate your personal rooms as desired (you must purchase paint & meteral(s), if painting or re-decorating done only because of color or preferance. The following may leed to evection(s): Smoking inside, causing an unprovoked disturbance with owner/roommate, and/or neighbors, deliberate damage to property, drunkenness, leaving home uncleaned or out of order, etc. etc..
